Each session is unique. Some people feel like their normal selves and go about their day, while others may feel sleepy, emotional and/or drained. Each session energy session is custom curated based on the needs of the individual. Regardless of how you feel immediately post session, it is highly recommended to be kind to your body through whole foods, proper hydration and avoiding stimulants such as caffeine.

In order to get the most out of a session, it is recommended to hydrate, avoid caffeine and other stimulants, as well as fuel your body with whole foods. Meditating prior to a session is helpful to ground and connect with your body. Bringing something to take notes is recommended!
